MindOnLine

A mindfulness program for people with breast, bowel or prostate cancer

Welcome to MindOnLine

MindOnLine is an evidence-based mindfulness program developed by leading experts to support people living with cancer.

We are conducting a trial to test MindOnLine among people living with breast, bowel or prostate cancer. MindOnLine is available for adults over the age of 18 who:

1. are currently living in Australia
2. have access to a computer or smart device, and
3. have completed cancer treatment within the last five years (it is ok if you are still receiving hormone therapy such as Herceptin or Androgen Deprivation Therapy)

If you are interested in participating you can register below. After you register you will be asked a series of questions to confirm if you are eligible to take part.

In this trial you may be allocated to receive immediate access to MindOnLine or delayed access to MindOnLine. When you have access to the program, you will receive two email reminders each day to encourage mindfulness practice to help build your routine.
