The following goals aim to help you to create a habit of engaging in mindfulness exercises on a daily basis. You can review these goals at any time during the program by accessing the Goals button at the top of the home page.

Welcome to MindOnLine Program

Thank you for joining the MindOnLine program.

In MindOnLine you will receive access to one new video about mindfulness each week. Upcoming videos will automatically unlock at the start of a new week.

You will be encouraged to practise mindfulness two times a day and will be sent email reminders at 9am and 5pm with a link to the guided audio. You can also access the audios at any time by clicking on the "Meditations" button.

You can review or change your goals at any time by clicking on the “Goals” button in the program. You can also review your daily mindfulness practise by clicking on the "Progress" button.

We encourage you to use the "Journal" as you practise to reflect on your thoughts and experiences as you develop your mindfulness skills.
